The invention relates to the technical field of railway components, and discloses a hoisting device capable of avoiding stall in the hoisting process by utilizing a centrifugal force effect. The hoisting device comprises a mounting base, the top of the mounting base is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, the front face of the fixing plate is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped block, the top of the arc-shaped block is provided with a limiting groove, and a driving shaft is movably connected to the interior of the fixed plate. According to the hoisting device capable of avoiding stall in the hoisting process under the centrifugal force effect, when the stall situation occurs, a fixed contact makes contact with a movable contact under the centrifugal force effect at the moment, the driving shaft is further made to stop rotating, and therefore the effects that a pay-off shaft of the railway track hoisting device is prevented from slipping, and a steel rail is prevented from falling to hurt people are achieved. The movable contact and the fixed contact are electrically connected with an electromagnetic device so that the overall reaction speed of the device can be increased, the reaction delay of the hoisting device is reduced, and the effect of effectively avoiding the influence of the reaction delay on the reliability of the device is achieved.

    本发明涉及铁路部件技术领域,且公开了一种利用离心力作用避免吊运过程失速发生的吊运装置,包括安装底座,所述安装底座的顶部固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的正面固定连接有弧形块,所述弧形块的顶部开设有限位槽,所述固定板的内部活动连接有驱动轴。该利用离心力作用避免吊运过程失速发生的吊运装置,当发生失速情况时,此时在离心力作用下固定触点与活动触点接触,进一步使得驱动轴停止转动,从而达到了防止铁路轨道吊运装置放线轴打滑避免钢轨坠落伤人伤人的效果。因为活动触点与固定触点和电磁装置为电连接关系,所以可以提升该装置的整体反应速度,降低了该吊运装置的反应延迟,从而达到了有效避免反应延迟影响装置可靠性的效果。
