According to the tower crane hoisting mechanism capable of avoiding sudden falling of heavy objects in the hoisting process, when a crane stalls, a first contact is in contact with a second contact at the moment, electrorheological fluid is further changed into solid from liquid, a limiting rod can be clamped in a limiting groove at the moment, a rotating disc cannot rotate, and therefore, the effect of stall self-locking in the hoisting process of the tower crane is achieved. The first contact and the second contact are electrically connected with the electrorheological fluid, so that the reaction speed of the tower crane hoisting mechanism can be improved, and the effect of avoiding the influence of reaction delay on the reliability is achieved.

    本发明涉及建筑机械设备技术领域,且公开了一种避免吊装过程中重物突然掉落的塔式吊车吊装机构,包括底座,所述底座左侧的顶部固定连接有固定杆,所述固定杆的右侧固定连接有固定块,所述固定块的内部开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内部活动连接有电流变体。该避免吊装过程中重物突然掉落的塔式吊车吊装机构,当吊车发生失速情况时,此时触点一与触点二接触,进一步使得电流变体由液体变为固体,此时限位杆会卡在限位槽的内部,进一步使得转动盘无法转动,从而达到了塔式吊车在吊装的过程中失速自锁的效果。因为触点一和触点二与电流变体为电连接关系,所以可以提高该设备的反应速度,从而达到了避免反应延迟影响可靠性的效果。
