The invention provides a hoisting wind-resistant load self-adaptive adjusting device and an adjusting method. The upper part of a balance beam in the adjusting device is connected with a lifting hook through upper slings, an automatic chain block is installed on each upper sling, the lower part of the balance beam is connected with a hoisting component through lower slings, a rotating wheel is installed on each lower sling, a gradienter is installed on the balance beam, a plurality of water tanks are distributed and installed on the periphery of the balance beam and are connected through a water conveying pipeline, and a water pump is arranged between every two adjacent water tanks; and a controller is used for monitoring a hoisting component inclination angle signal fed back by the gradienter in real time, distributing the water storage amount of each water tank by controlling the water pumps, and adjusting the gravity center position of the balance beam so as to enable the hoisting component to reach an expected inclination angle. According to the device and the method, the inclination angle can be automatically adjusted after the hoisting component is influenced by the wind load in the hoisting process, the expected installation posture is ensured, the labor investment is reduced, the adjusting process is simplified, the adjusting time is saved, the efficiency and the quality of hoisting and installing operation of the hoisting component are improved, and meanwhile, the hoisting safety is improved.
本发明提出一种吊装抗风荷载自适应调整装置和调整方法,调整装置中平衡梁上部通过上部吊索与吊钩连接,每根上部吊索上安装有自动倒链,平衡梁下部通过下部吊索与吊装构件连接,每根下部吊索上安装有转轮,水平仪安装在平衡梁上,多个水箱分布安装在平衡梁四周并通过输水管道连接,相邻水箱间设置有水泵;控制器用于实时监测水平仪反馈的吊装构件倾斜角度信号,并通过控制水泵,分配各个水箱的储水量,调整平衡梁的重心位置,以使吊装构件达到预期的倾斜角度。本发明能够实现吊装构件起吊过程中受到风荷载影响后倾斜角度的自动调整,确保获得安装预期的姿态,减少人力投入,简化调节工序,节约调整时间,提高吊装构件的吊装和安装作业的效率和质量,同时提高吊装安全性。
