Through cooperation of the supporting device and the overturning device, the overturned cab is supported, loss of a connecting structure at the bottom of the cab is avoided, the supporting plate is adjusted to the proper height through the lifting oil cylinder, the supporting motor drives the transmission base to move, the supporting plate rotates, the supporting plate is adjusted to the proper angle, and the cab is supported. The damping device solves the problem that there is no damping device between an existing cab and an automobile frame. Vibration of the cab drives the main damping column and the damping plate to move in the Z direction, the spring A deforms, the second damping column and the third damping column move, the spring F and the spring G deforms, the first damping block and the second damping block are driven to move in the sliding groove direction, the spring B, the spring C, the spring D and the spring E deforms, and therefore the damping and buffering effects are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车驾驶室翻转机构,本发明通过支撑装置解决了现有驾驶室前方没有制成装置,驾驶室翻转后悬空的问题;通过支撑装置与翻转装置配合,对翻转后的驾驶室起到支撑作用,避免驾驶室底部连接结构的损耗,利用升降油缸将支撑板调节到合适高度,支撑电机带动传动座移动,支撑板转动,将支撑板调节到合适角度,支撑驾驶室。通过减震装置解决了现有驾驶室与汽车大梁之间缺少减震装置的问题;通过驾驶室的震动带动主减震柱、减震板沿Z方向运动,弹簧A变形,第二减震柱、第三减震柱运动,弹簧F、弹簧G变形,带动第一减震块、第二减震块沿滑槽方向运动,弹簧B、弹簧C、弹簧D、弹簧E变形,从而起到减震缓冲作用。
