The invention relates to an automobile sun visor with an automatic turnover mechanism, which is characterized by comprising a sun visor assembly connected with a ceiling of an automobile through an overturning damping structure, the overturning damping structure comprises an overturning damping support assembly fixed to a roof and a gear meshing structure arranged on the sun visor assembly and meshed with the overturning damping support assembly, and the sun visor assembly comprises a sun visor body, a cosmetic mirror assembly, an electromagnet and a control mechanism of the electromagnet. A PCB used for controlling the electromagnet and the control mechanism of the electromagnet to work is further fixed to a body framework of the sun visor body, and the electromagnet and the control mechanism of the electromagnet comprise the electromagnet fixed to the body framework, an electromagnet switch, a switch button and a detachable battery assembly connected with the sun visor body in a clamped mode. When the sun visor assembly on the roof of an automobile is in a closed state, a roof magnet is fixed to the corresponding position of the electromagnet. The control is simple and convenient, and the processing cost is low.
