A transmission (2) having a first drive shaft (7) for a first drive assembly (3), having a second drive shaft (8) for a second drive assembly (4), having a first output shaft (9) and a second output shaft (10), which are each couplable to an output (11), having a first partial transmission (5) which comprises the first drive shaft (7), wherein fixed gears (12, 13) are arranged on the first drive shaft, wherein each of said fixed gears (12, 13) meshes with idler gears (14, 15, 16, 17), specifically with an idler gear (14, 15) arranged on the first output shaft (9) and with an idler gear (16, 17) arranged on the second output shaft (10), wherein the output shafts (9, 10) are assigned shift elements (A, B, C, D), in a manner dependent on which the idler gears of the output shafts can be coupled for conjoint rotation to the respective output shaft, having a second partial transmission (6) which comprises the second drive shaft (8) and which is in the form of a planetary transmission, wherein a ring gear (22) forms the second drive shaft (8), wherein a carrier (23) is coupled to one of the output shafts (9, 10), wherein the planetary transmission is assigned shift elements (F, E) by means of which, in a manner dependent on the shift position thereof, a sun gear (24) can be connected fixedly to a housing or the planetary transmission can be caused to revolve as a block. The planetary transmission is arranged coaxially with respect to the first drive shaft (7).The carrier (23) of the planetary transmission is coupled permanently to one of the output shafts by means of a spur gear stage.
