The invention discloses a rice transplanter and a differential lock system and a control method of the differential lock system. The differential lock system comprises a differential mechanism, a differential mechanism pedal and an electric driving assembly, wherein the differential mechanism pedal is connected to the differential mechanism, the differential pedal can drive the differential mechanism to be switched between a locking state and an unlocking state, the electric driving assembly comprises an electric driving element and a connecting element, the connecting element is connected to the electric driving element and the differential pedal correspondingly, the electric driving element can electrically drive the connecting element and the differential pedal to move, and then the working states of the differential mechanism is changed. Through electrification improvement, the electrification degree of the rice transplanter is improved, the operation intensity of a driver is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the rice transplanter is also improved.

    本发明公开了一插秧机和其差速锁系统及控制方法,其中所述差速锁系统包括一差速器、一差速器踏板以及一电驱动组件,其中所述差速器踏板被连接于所述差速器,所述差速器踏板能驱动所述差速器在一锁止状态和一解锁状态之间切换,其中所述电驱动组件包括一电驱动元件和一连接元件,其中所述连接元件分别被连接所述电驱动元件和所述差速器踏板,所述电驱动元件能够电动地驱动所述连接元件和所述差速器踏板运动,进而改变所述差速器的工作状态。通过电气化的改进,提高了所述插秧机的电气化程度,降低了驾驶人员的作业强度,也提高了所述插秧机的作业效率。
