The invention relates to a supporting leg hydraulic control system and a crane. The supporting leg hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic pump, a multi-way valve, a horizontal supporting leg oil cylinder, a vertical supporting leg oil cylinder, a control valve assembly and an oil tank, wherein the multi-way valve comprises a first-stage reversing valve and a second-stage reversing valve; the control valve assembly comprises a back pressure valve; the back pressure valve is provided with a first working position for communicating an oil inlet C1 and an oil outlet C2 and a second working position for only allowing the oil inlet C1 to flow to the oil outlet C2 in a one-way communication mode; the oil outlet C2 is respectively communicated with rod cavities of horizontal and vertical supporting leg oil cylinders; an oil inlet P1 of the first-stage reversing valve is communicated with the hydraulic pump; two working oil openings D1 and D2 of the first-stage reversing valve are respectively communicated with the oil inlet C1 and an oil inlet P2 of the second-stage reversing valve; working oil openings A1 and B1 of the second-stage reversing valve are respectively communicated with rodless cavities of the horizontal and vertical supporting leg oil cylinder; and when the first-stage reversing valve is configured to enable the working oil opening D1 to be communicated with the oil tank when the working oil openings D1 and D2 do not supply oil.

    本公开涉及一种支腿液压控制系统及起重机,支腿液压控制系统包括液压泵、多路阀、水平支腿油缸、竖直支腿油缸、控制阀组件和油箱。多路阀包括第一联换向阀和第二联换向阀,控制阀组件包括背压阀,背压阀具有使进油口C1和出油口C2导通的第一工作位置以及仅允许进油口C1流向出油口C2单向导通的第二工作位置。出油口C2分别与水平、竖直支腿油缸的有杆腔连通。第一联换向阀的进油口P1与液压泵连通,第一联换向阀的两个工作油口D1、D2分别与进油口C1和第二联换向阀的进油口P2连通。第二联换向阀的工作油口A1、B1分别与水平、竖直支腿油缸的无杆腔连通。第一联换向阀被配置为当工作油口D1、D2均不供油时,工作油口D1能够与油箱连通。
