The invention relates to the technical field of mining speed reducers, and discloses an electric hoist using a planetary reducer. The electric hoist comprises a motor, the left side of the motor is fixedly connected with an inner gear ring, the inner gear ring is internally provided with an agent storage cavity, the left side of the motor is rotationally connected with a sun gear, the exterior of the sun gear is engaged with a planetary gear, a gear is rotationally connected to the bottom of the inner gear ring, an inner cavity is formed in the lower part in the inner gear ring, an oil smearing groove is formed in the upper part of the inner cavity, a piston is movably connected into the inner cavity, and a connecting rod is rotationally connected to the bottom of the piston. When the gear rotates, the piston is driven to move up and down through the connecting rod, a lubricant in the lubricant storage cavity is pressed into the oil smearing groove and then makes contact with teeth at the bottom of the inner gear ring, the planetary gear is meshed with the inner gear ring and the sun gear when rotating, and then the lubricant at the bottom of the inner gear ring is evenly smeared on the planetary gear and the sun gear, so that the effect of continuously lubricating the sun gear and the planetary gear automatically is achieved.

    本发明涉及矿用减速机技术领域,且公开了一种使用行星减速器的电动葫芦,包括电机,所述电机的左侧固定连接有内齿环,所述内齿环的内部开设有储剂腔,所述电机的左侧转动连接有太阳轮,所述太阳轮的外部啮合有行星轮,所述内齿环的底部转动连接有齿轮,所述内齿环内部的下方开设有内腔,所述内腔的上方开设有抹油槽,所述内腔的内部活动连接有活塞,所述活塞的底部转动连接有连杆。通过齿轮转动时通过连杆带动活塞上下移动,将储剂腔内的润滑剂压入抹油槽内,进而与内齿环底部的齿牙接触,行星轮转动时与内齿环和太阳轮啮合,进而将内齿环底部的润滑剂均匀涂抹在行星轮和太阳轮上,从而达到了自动对太阳轮和行星轮进行持续性润滑的效果。
