The hoist speed reducer comprises a high-speed inclined-shaft hydraulic motor, wherein a fixed flange is arranged at the right side of the high-speed inclined-shaft hydraulic motor. The high-speed inclined-shaft hydraulic motor is connected with a high-speed center gear in a driving manner, and a low-speed center gear is arranged at the outer side of the high-speed center gear; the right end of the high-speed center gear is connected with a cover plate through a bearing, and the cover plate is fixedly connected with an output flange through a screw; a brake shaft is arranged at the outer side of a transmission shaft of the high-speed inclined-shaft hydraulic motor, and a dynamic friction sheet and a static friction sheet are arranged at the right end of the brake shaft; a piston is arranged at the left side of the dynamic friction sheet and the static friction sheet, and the piston is connected with the dynamic friction sheet and the static friction sheet in a driving manner; a compression spring is arranged at the left side of the piston, and a spring pressing plate is arranged at the left side of the compression spring. The hoist speed reducer has the advantages that the design is reasonable, the working pressure is improved, the speed of the truck crane for hoisting weights is increased, the work efficiency is improved, the structure is relatively simple, the size is s, the production cost and the usage cost are reduced, and the mounting and the dismounting are convenient.
