The invention discloses a system and a method for acquiring attitude angle data of double lifting hooks of a crane. The system adopts an MEMS attitude detection technology to detect the attitude angle of the lifting hooks of a steel ladle. The system comprises an attitude detection slave A, an attitude detection slave B, an attitude detection host and an upper computer, wherein the attitude detection slave A and the attitude detection slave B are respectively mounted on the two lifting hooks of the crane; the attitude detection host is mounted on the outer side of a crane cab; the upper computer is mounted in the crane cab; the upper computer sends a data acquisition instruction, the host wakes up the slave A and the slave B to acquire the attitude angle data of the double lifting hooks of the crane, and the attitude angle data is sent to the host through wireless transmission; and the upper computer stores and displays the attitude angle data received by the host. The system can effectively assist a crane driver to complete the lifting operation of the steel ladle of the crane, so that the occurrence of a steel ladle overturning accident is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种起重机吊钩姿态角度数据采集系统及方法,该系统采用MEMS姿态检测技术对钢包的吊钩姿态角度进行检测。系统包括姿态检测从机A、姿态检测从机B、姿态检测主机以及上位机;姿态检测从机A、姿态检测从机B分别安装在起重机的两个吊钩上,姿态检测主机安装在起重机驾驶舱外侧;上位机安装在起重机驾驶舱内部;上位机发送数据采集指令,通过主机唤醒从机A和从机B来采集起重机双吊钩的姿态角度数据,并通过无线传输发送给主机,上位机将主机接收到的姿态角度数据进行保存和显示。本发明能够有效地辅助起重机驾驶人员完成起重机钢包的吊装作业,从而避免钢包倾覆事故的发生。
