The system comprises a windshield heating controller, a fault control module, a fault signal simulation module and a fault detection module, and the fault control module is connected with the fault signal simulation module and used for sending a control instruction to the fault signal simulation module; the fault signal simulation module is in cable connection with the windshield heating controller and is used for receiving the control instruction, executing the control instruction and generating a simulation fault signal of the windshield heating controller; the fault detection module is in cable connection with the windshield heating controller and is used for detecting the fault state of the windshield heating controller, and the fault state comprises a fault state and a fault-free state. Therefore, the fault signals of the windshield heating controller can be simulated efficiently, and the response of the windshield heating controller to various fault signals can be verified effectively.
