The invention relates to the field of heating of airplane windshields, in particular to a ground test method for mist preventing and removing performance of an airplane windshield. The mist preventing and removing performance of a windshield heating system can be effectively verified. The test method comprises the following steps that the temperature of a low-temperature cabin is adjusted to a first temperature set value, and the temperature is maintained for a first set time period; the temperature of air in a driving cabin is adjusted to change to a second temperature set value, and the temperature is maintained for a second set time period; the humidity of the air in the driving cabin is adjusted to change to a first humidity set value; whether mist appears on the airplane windshield to be tested is judged, and if not, the humidity of the air in the driving cabin is controlled to be increased until mist appears; and if mist appears, the airplane windshield heating system is controlled to be started, until the mist disappears, the windshield heating system and an air conditioner system are shut down, and the test is over. By means of the test method, the mist preventing and removing performance of the windshield heating system can be effectively verified, whether the setting of the system heating power is reasonable is determined, and test results can provide theoretical bases and references for an airplane windshield mist preventing and removing flight test.
