The invention discloses a parameter matching method for a power assembly of an extended-range electric vehicle. The parameter matching method comprises the following steps: step 1, parameter matching of a driving motor; 2, parameter matching of a power battery; and step 3, parameter matching of a range extender. According to the method, accurate and comprehensive parameter matching is carried out on power assembly parts, including the driving motor, the power battery and the range extender, of the range-extended electric vehicle, so that parameters of related parts are relatively optimized; and through matching design of parameters of the power assembly parts, the power performance and the fuel economy of the whole vehicle are comprehensively optimized.
