The automatic hoisting mechanism comprises a workpiece platform used for containing a workpiece, a clamping mechanism arranged on the workpiece platform and used for clamping the workpiece, a horizontal moving assembly, a lifting frame and a workpiece lifting appliance. The horizontal moving assembly comprises a fixedly-arranged longitudinal guide rail, a transverse frame arranged along the longitudinal guide rail in a sliding manner, a transverse guide rail fixedly arranged on the transverse frame, and a sliding frame arranged along the transverse guide rail in a sliding manner. A hollow guide pipe is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sliding frame. A winch is arranged on the sliding frame. An end of a traction rope on the winch is fixedly connected with the lifting frame. The lifting frame is connected with the upper ends of a plurality of lifting ropes. The lower ends of the multiple lifting ropes are connected with the workpiece lifting appliance. The workpiece lifting appliance comprises a first lifting plate and a second lifting plate, wherein one end of the second lifting plate is rotationally connected with the first lifting plate through a rotation shaft. A positioning mechanism is arranged between the first lifting plate and the rotation shaft.
