The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater robots, and particularly relates to an optical fiber floating bag device for an underwater robot. The device comprises an optical fiber micro cable, a floating ball, a metal hose, a protective sleeve connecting piece, a protective sleeve and a rigid guide pipe, the protective sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the floating ball through the protective sleeve connecting piece, the rigid guide pipe penetrates through a stabilizing wing to be connected with a frame of the underwater robot, and the two ends of the metal hose are connected with the rigid guide pipe and the protective sleeve respectively. The optical fiber micro cable sequentially penetrates through the rigid conduit, the metal hose and the floating ball to the water surface end. The interior of the whole optical fiber channel is smooth, and the resistance is small. The device is stable and controllable in the water state. The situation that the optical fiber directly extending out of the carrier end is wound with the robot is avoided, the carrier end optical fiber is guided, the safety of the carrier end optical fiber is improved, and the device is laid and recycled along with the underwater robot and does not depend on external equipment.

    本发明属于水下机器人技术领域,具体涉及一种水下机器人用的光纤浮包装置。包括光纤微缆、浮球、金属软管、保护套连接件、保护套及刚性导管,其中保护套通过保护套连接件设置于浮球的下端,刚性导管穿过稳定翼与水下机器人的框架连接,金属软管的两端分别与刚性导管和保护套连接,光纤微缆依次穿过刚性导管、金属软管及浮球至水面端。本发明的整个光纤通道内部光滑,阻力小,装置在水中状态稳定可控,避免了载体端直接伸出的光纤与机器人缠绕情况,对载体端光纤起引导作用,提升了载体端光纤的安全性,装置随水下机器人布放回收,不依赖外部设备。
