The invention discloses a hydraulic lifeboat winch. The hydraulic lifeboat winch is characterized by comprising a hydraulic valve group, a rope winding mechanism, a hydraulic power mechanism and a manual power mechanism, wherein, the hydraulic power mechanism comprises a hydraulic motor and a first transmission device, and the hydraulic motor is in transmission connection with the rope winding mechanism through the first transmission device; the manual power mechanism comprises a manual lifting device, a braking speed limiting device, a second transmission device and a hydraulic clutch device; the manual lifting device is in transmission connection with the rope winding mechanism through the braking speed limiting device, the second transmission device and the hydraulic clutch device in sequence; and the hydraulic valve group comprises a high-pressure ball valve, and a high-pressure oil cavity and a low-pressure oil cavity of the hydraulic motor communicate through the high-pressure ball valve. According to the hydraulic lifeboat winch, when a lifeboat descends, the high-pressure ball valve communicates the high-pressure oil cavity and the low-pressure oil cavity of the hydraulic motor to achieve idling of the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic clutch device is connected with the braking speed limiting device to achieve control over the maximum descending speed, and therefore free and rapid descending of the lifeboat is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种液压救生艇绞车,其特征在于,包括:液压阀组、绕绳机构、液压动力机构和手动动力机构;所述液压动力机构包括:液压马达和第一传动装置,所述液压马达通过第一传动装置传动连接绕绳机构;手动动力机构包括:手动起升装置、制动限速装置、第二传动装置和液压离合装置;手动起升装置依次通过制动限速装置、第二传动装置和液压离合装置传动连接绕绳机构;液压阀组包括高压球阀,液压马达的高、低压油腔之间通过所述高压球阀连通。本发明的液压救生绞车,救生艇下放时通过所述高压球阀将液压马达的高低压油腔连通实现液压马达的空转,并通过液压离合装置连接所述制动限速装置实现最大下放速度的控制,从而实现救生艇自由、快速下放。
