The invention discloses a hydraulic winch. The hydraulic winch comprises a clutch unit and a hydraulic transmission unit and a bearing seat which are arranged at the left and right ends of the clutch unit respectively. The hydraulic transmission unit comprises an integration valve block, a hydraulic motor and a planetary gear box which are connected successively. The clutch unit comprises a reel and a clutch sleeved in the reel. The clutch is a multi-sheet friction clutch, the bearing seat is fixedly connected with the right end of the clutch through a hydraulic rotation joint, and an oil through hole for achieving opening and closing of the clutch is formed in a position of the clutch, which is corresponding to a pipe of the hydraulic rotation joint. The hydraulic winch has the advantages that modular design thinking is used, and the hydraulic winch has a clutch function and comprises the hydraulic transmission unit, the clutch unit and the bearing seat, so that the hydraulic winch is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and the like.
