The invention discloses a track line curvature radius online real-time measurement system and method. The system comprises a measurement part which is used for measuring the real-time operation parameter information of a railway vehicle so as to determine the vehicle speed of the railway vehicle and the vehicle body yaw angular velocity and vehicle body yaw angular acceleration of a measured vehicle body, and a calculation part which is used for calculating the line curvature radius of the position where the front bogie of the measured vehicle body is located according to the vehicle speed, the vehicle body yaw angular velocity, the vehicle body yaw angular acceleration and the fixed distance of the measured vehicle body. According to the measurement system and method, online real-time measurement is carried out on the track line curvature radius based on vehicle body attitude sensing, the measurement accuracy is high, and the requirements of an active control system with the track line curvature radius as a parameter for the real-time performance and the accuracy of the track line curvature radius can be met.
