The invention provides a small-curvature-radius track car bogie frame. A plane bearing is arranged in the middle above a frame body of the bogie frame. A traction pin connected with a track car is arranged in the middle of the plane bearing. Rubber side bearings are arranged at four corners of the frame body respectively. When the small-curvature-radius track car bogie frame is used, the traction pin can be fixedly connected with the track car through the traction pin; when the track car turns, the plane bearing can play a very good radius reducing and turning role.
