The invention discloses a brake assembly applied to a magnetic suspension elevator and the magnetic suspension elevator. The brake assembly comprises a fixing rod, a supporting plate, a brake part and a soft iron sheet fixedly installed on an elevator sliding rail; the fixing rod is fixed to an elevator car; the supporting plate is fixedly installed on the fixing rod and the elevator car; the fixing rod is provided with a brake clamping structure, and the supporting plate is correspondingly provided with a clamping part matched with the clamping structure; the brake part is matched with the clamping structure, and is configured to generate magnetic force under the condition of electrification to be adsorbed to the soft iron sheet and abut against the supporting plate, so that the elevator car stops sliding on the elevator sliding rail. The magnetic force is generated through the brake part, the brake part is firmly attracted to the soft iron sheet in the sliding groove of the elevator sliding rail through the magnetic force and abuts against and is fixed to the supporting plate of the elevator car, thus the elevator car stops descending or ascending, braking is stable and free of pause, and the brake assembly is good in silencing effect and free of noise.

    本发明公开了一种应用于磁悬浮电梯的制动组件及磁悬浮电梯,包括固定杆、支撑板、制动件、以及安装固定于电梯滑轨上的软铁片;其中,所述固定杆固定在电梯轿厢上;所述支撑板安装固定于固定杆和电梯轿厢上;所述固定杆上设置有制动卡持结构,支撑板对应设置有与所述卡持结构相配合的卡持部;所述制动件与所述卡持结构相配合,其被配置为在通电的情况下产生磁力以吸附到所述软铁片上,并抵接所述支撑板,以使得电梯轿厢在电梯滑轨上停止滑动。本发明通过制动件产生磁力,由磁力牢固地吸附到电梯滑轨的滑槽内软铁片上,并抵接固定于轿厢的支撑板,从而使得电梯轿厢停止下降或者上升运动,制动平稳、无顿挫,且制动静音效果好,无噪声。
