The invention discloses an aircraft landing bounce early warning method and a system, which solve the technical problem that landing bounce events often occur and are difficult to early warn and avoid during the operation of the existing airline company, and improve the civil aviation flight safety. According to the technical scheme, aircraft QAR data serves as a model input source, a DBN-based early warning model is adopted, and landing bounce is early warned through joint probability distribution between input data and output results. By comparing different influences of different input parameters on an early warning result, the DBN which combines part of environmental parameters, airplane parameters before touching the ground and unstable approach judgment indexes is obtained, and landing bounce can be well early warned. Besides, in order to early warn landing bounce in advance, key parameters of the aircraft are estimated based on an LSTM model, input of part of the DBN is estimated according to related parameters of a motion equation of the aircraft in a period of time before landing, an estimation result keeps similarity with a real value, and due to the fact that time information is added, the early warning result of the DBN is more accurate.

    本发明公开了一种飞机着陆弹跳预警方法和系统,解决了现有航空公司运行中着陆弹跳事件时常发生且难以预警和规避的技术问题,提高了民航飞行安全。其技术方案为:以飞机QAR数据为模型输入来源,基于DBN的预警模型,利用输入数据和输出结果之间的联合概率分布预警着陆弹跳。通过比较不同输入参数对预警结果造成的不同影响,得到结合部分环境参数、触地前飞机参数和不稳定进近判断指标后的DBN能够较好地预警着陆弹跳。此外,为了能够提前预警着陆弹跳,通过基于LSTM模型来对飞机关键参数进行估计,以飞机着陆前一段时间的运动方程相关参数对部分DBN的输入进行估计,其估计结果不仅保持了与真实值的相似性,且由于添加时间信息,使DBN的预警结果更准确。
