The invention relates to an aircraft system fault early warning method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring time sequence data of multidimensional monitoring parameters of an aircraft system, and analyzing a coupling relation of the time sequence data to obtain a cross correlation coefficient; establishing a weighted undirected graph based on the cross correlation coefficient; constructing a fault monitoring model based on the improved VGAE: introducing a multi-head attention mechanism into a feature extraction part to extract node features of a weighted undirected graph, reconstructing the weighted undirected graph based on the node features, and generating a reconstruction probability according to the similarity of the weighted undirected graph before and after reconstruction; training the fault monitoring model by using the weighted undirected graph during normal operation, and determining a fault early warning value according to the obtained reconstruction probability; and putting a weighted undirected graph to be detected into the trained fault monitoring model, comparing the obtained reconstruction probability with a fault early warning value, and performing early warning according to a comparison result. According to the method, the health condition of the aircraft system can be adaptively judged, and fault early warning is realized.
本发明涉及一种飞机系统故障预警方法,包括以下步骤:获取飞机系统多维监测参数的时序数据,并对其耦合关系进行分析获得交叉相关系数;基于交叉相关系数建立带权无向图;构建基于改进VGAE的故障监测模型,包括:在特征提取部分引入多头注意力机制来提取带权无向图的节点特征,基于节点特征对带权无向图进行重构,根据重构前后的带权无向图的相似度生成重建概率;利用正常运行时的带权无向图对故障监测模型进行训练,并根据获得的重建概率确定故障预警值;利用待检测的带权无向图并放入训练好的所述故障监测模型,将获得的重建概率与故障预警值进行比对,根据比对结果进行预警。本发明能够自适应地判断飞机系统的健康情况,实现故障提前预警。
