The invention relates to an airplane water tank anti-icing heat preservation design method which adopts a multi-layer structure and sequentially comprises a water tank wall surface inner layer, a heating layer, a middle interlayer, a vacuum heat insulation layer, a water tank outer wall surface and a heat preservation layer from inside to outside; when the heating layer stops working, the average heat loss per unit pipe length and unit time is calculated; if the radius of the water tank is large, the water tank is regarded as flat wall heat transfer, and the heat flux density transmitted in unit area is calculated; various heat transfer heat resistances are calculated according to a formula, and the thickness of the water tank wall surface heat preservation layer can be obtained during simultaneous solving; the heat loss per unit time and area is the heating power needed by the heating layer when the system works stably, and the aircraft water tank obtained through the calculation method has the good anti-freezing and heat preservation effects, so that the fault probability of the water supply system is reduced, and a strong guiding function is provided for actual production design of the water supply water tank; and the method is suitable for industrial production.

    本发明涉及一种飞机水箱防冰设计方法,本发明采用多层结构,从内至外依次为水箱壁面内层、加热层、中间隔层、真空隔热层、水箱外壁面、保温层;当加热层停止工作时,计算出单位管长单位时间的平均热量损失,水箱的半径较大,将其视为平壁传热,计算出单位面积上传递的热流密度,根据公式计算出各项传热热阻,即可联立求解时得到水箱壁面保温层的厚度;而单位时间面积上所散失的热量,即为系统在稳定工作时,加热层所需的加热功率,此计算方法得到的飞机水箱,使得飞机水箱具备较佳的防冻抗冻保温效果,降低供水系统的故障概率,对实际的供水水箱的生产设计提供了较强的指导作用,适用于工业化生产使用。
