The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation electrics, and particularly relates to a control device applied to airplane lip ice prevention. Comprising a discrete quantity acquisition module, an analog quantity acquisition module, a PWM module, a driving module, a power switch module, an MCU module, a data storage module, an alarm module and a communication module, wherein the power switch module comprises a primary power switch and a secondary power switch; wherein the discrete magnitude acquisition module acquires an anti-icing manual signal and an anti-icing automatic signal which are externally input; the analog quantity acquisition module acquires externally input temperature sensor signals and partition current signals; the PMW module, the driving module and the power switch module distribute externally input three-phase AC 115V/400Hz power supply signals to voltage signals required by independent work of the subarea [1,..., n]; the MCU module performs logic judgment and processing on the information; the data storage module stores state information and alarm information. The method has the advantages of redundancy design, optimal control, state acquisition and hierarchical regulation and control.
