The invention discloses a truss type electric vehicle body structure which comprises a truss type white body and a vehicle body covering part fixed to the truss type white body. The truss type white body is characterized by being defined by a top cover framework, a lower vehicle body framework, a left side wall framework, a right side wall framework, a front wall framework and a rear wall framework, wherein the left side wall framework and the right side wall framework are symmetrically arranged left and right; the top cover framework, the lower vehicle body framework, the left side wall framework, the right side wall framework, the front wall framework and the rear wall framework are each provided with a self-closed-loop structure. The whole vehicle is formed by mutually connecting aluminum alloy sections and is matched with the carbon fiber composite outer covering part, and the formed vehicle body structure has good light weight performance. The vehicle body is formed by welding the six frameworks, and the welding process of the whole vehicle is optimized. A large number of closed-loop structures are designed between the aluminum profiles, and the bending rigidity and torsional rigidity targets of the whole vehicle are guaranteed. Longitudinal and transverse load transmission paths are reasonable, and the crashworthiness of a vehicle body is improved.
本发明公开了一种桁架式电动车车身结构,包括桁架式白车身和固定于所述桁架式白车身上的车身覆盖件,其特征在于:所述桁架式白车身由顶盖骨架、下车体骨架、左右对称布置的左侧围骨架和右侧围骨架以及前后对称布置的前围骨架和后围骨架所围成;所述顶盖骨架、下车体骨架、左侧围骨架、右侧围骨架、前围骨架和后围骨架均具有自身闭环结构。全车均采用铝合金型材相互连接而成,配合碳纤维复合材料外覆盖件,形成的车身结构具有很好的轻量化性能。车身由六块骨架拼焊而成,优化了整车焊接工艺。铝型材之间设计了大量闭环结构,保证了整车弯曲刚度与扭转刚度目标。纵向和横向载荷传递路径合理,提升了车身的耐撞性。
