The invention relates to a front pillar assembly structure capable of adjusting a camber angle of a front wheel, which comprises a shock absorber body, the upper end of the shock absorber body is fixedly connected with an upper support, and the lower end of the shock absorber body is fixedly connected with a steering support. The shock absorber is characterized in that an upper support at the upper end of the shock absorber body is flexibly connected with a vehicle body through a plurality of bolts, and the shock absorber body can be finely adjusted; a steering support at the lower end of the shock absorber body is connected with the upper end of a brake claw, and the brake claw is connected to a hub in a matched mode. The lower end of the brake claw is movably connected with a ball pin connected to the end of the swing arm assembly. Normal use requirements of a traditional supporting column can be met, it can be guaranteed that four-wheel positioning parameters of the front wheels inclined outwards are 100% qualified when a new vehicle in a factory is offline, and therefore the normal production takt of the factory is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种可调节前轮外倾角度的前支柱总成结构,包括减震器本体,在减震器本体的上端固定连接有上支座、下端固定连接有转向支架,还包括制动器羊角、轮毂及车轮、摆臂总成其特征是:所述减震器本体上端的上支座通过多颗螺栓与车体柔性连接,能够对减震器本体进行微调;所述减震器本体下端的转向支架与制动器羊角的上端连接,所述制动器羊角配合连接在轮毂上;所述制动器羊角的下端与连接在摆臂总成端部的球头销活动连接。本发明既能够满足传统支柱的正常使用要求,又能够确保工厂新车在下线时前轮外倾四轮定位参数100%合格,从而保证工厂正常生产节拍。
