The invention relates to a torque distribution control method for a double-shaft all-wheel distributed driving electric vehicle. The torque distribution control method comprises the steps of 1 judging the current working mode of the electric vehicle according to different working conditions and driver requirements; 2 establishing a motor energy loss model, and solving switching points of single-shaft driving and torque average distribution; 3 based on the model predictive control theory, building a steering stability controller with the front wheel active rotation angle and the whole vehicle yawing moment as control variables; 4 establishing a piecewise linear magic tire model and a vehicle simplified model; and 5 according to the current working mode, unifying the kinetic model and the energy loss model of the four-wheel distributed driving electric vehicle, and establishing a multi-target optimization torque distribution controller to reasonably distribute torque required by a driver. According to the method, the control stability of the vehicle under the complex working condition can be improved, the problem that the low-adhesion road surface is prone to instability is solved, meanwhile, energy loss is reduced, and the optimal torque distribution control effect of multi-target optimization is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种双轴全轮分布式驱动电动汽车扭矩分配控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:根据不同工况和驾驶员需求判断当前电动汽车工作模式;步骤2:建立电机能量损失模型,求解单轴驱动与转矩平均分配的切换点;步骤3:基于模型预测控制理论以前轮主动转角与整车横摆力矩为控制量建立操纵稳定性控制器;步骤4:建立分段线性魔术轮胎模型和车辆简化模型;步骤5:根据当前工作模式,将四轮分布式驱动电动汽车动力学模型与能量损失模型进行统一,建立多目标优化扭矩分配控制器对驾驶员需求扭矩进行合理分配。本发明能够改善车辆在复杂工况下的操纵稳定性,解决低附着路面易失稳的问题的同时减少能量损耗,实现多目标优化的最优扭矩分配控制效果。
