The invention discloses a four-wheel distributed driving torque distribution method based on rules. The method comprises the following specific implementation steps of: 1, defining the torque distribution coefficient K of a front axle; performing calculation to obtain the total efficiency value of the wheel side of the system under the driving working condition and the braking working condition; through a two-dimensional interpolation mode, performing table checking in real time to obtain K; according to a yawing torque calculation formula, calculating the differential torque of a right rear wheel and a left rear wheel; and finally, performing comparison and determination for the driving torque value of the rear axle with the maximum driving torque value of the motor, and calculating and obtaining the torque values of the left wheel and the right wheel. According to the invention, the torque distribution coefficients of the front axle and the rear axle are optimally calculated according to the driving and braking efficiency, then the differential torque of the rear axle is calculated according to the additional yawing torque, real-time torque distribution of the rear axle is achieved, and emphasis is put on the optimal economy and the stability of the vehicle.

    本发明公开的是一种基于规则的四轮分布式驱动转矩分配方法,该方法包括以下具体实现步骤:定义前轴的转矩分配系数K‑>计算得到驱动工况和制动工况情况下,系统的轮边驱动总效率值‑>通过二维插值的方式实时查表得到K‑>根据横摆力矩计算公式计算出右后轮和左后轮的差动转矩‑>最后对后轴的驱动转矩值与电机最大驱动转矩值进行比较判断,并计算得到左、右车轮的转矩值。本发明根据驱动和制动效率最优计算出前后轴转矩分配系数,再根据附加横摆力矩,计算后轴差动扭矩,实现后轴实时分配转矩,侧重于经济性最优和车辆的稳定性。
