The invention provides a fork height calculation method of a forklift. The forklift comprises a body, wherein a portal is arranged on the front portion of the body, a fork is connected to the portal through a fork frame, the portal is driven by an inclined oil cylinder to rotate around a forklift body, the fork frame is driven by a lifting oil cylinder to ascend and descend, a gear is arranged at the upper end of the lifting oil cylinder, a chain is wound around the gear, one end of the chain is connected with the fork arm carrier, and the other end is connected with the portal; and a pressing device is arranged between two teeth of the gear. Compared with the prior art, the actual height of the pallet fork can be judged according to data of an inclined oil cylinder sensor, a lifting oil cylinder sensor and a pressing device; compared with a control mode in the prior art, the height of the pallet fork can be accurately and accurately calculated by increasing the data of the pressing device; and the fork height calculation method can better adapt to scenes with better fork loading requirements.

    本发明提供了一种叉车的货叉高度计算方法,叉车具有本体,本体的前部设置有门架,门架上通过货叉架连接货叉,门架通过倾斜油缸驱动绕车体旋转,货叉架通过升降油缸驱动升降,升降油缸的上端设置有齿轮,齿轮上绕设有链条,链条一端与货叉架连接,另一端与门架连接;齿轮的两个齿之间设置有按压装置。本发明与现有技术相比:本发明能够通过倾斜油缸传感器、升降油缸传感器和按压装置三个部分的数据判断货叉的实际高度,相比较于现有技术中的控制方式,本发明增加按压装置的数据从而能够准确的、精确的计算出货叉的高度,对于叉装要求较好的场景,本发明能够较好的适应。
