The invention provides a semi-hot-melt tread rubber composition and an asphalt rally racing tire. The composition comprises: 100-137.5 PHR of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber; 10-20 PHR of thermoplastic resin with a softening point of 84-95 DEG C; 30-80 PHR of precipitated silicon dioxide; 60-90 PHR of carbon black; 10-30 PHR of environmentally friendly aromatic oil; and 0.5-5 PHR of a fatty acid zinc soap processing aid. The composition further comprises an anti-aging component, an active agent, sulfur and an accelerant. The content of St in the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is 22.5-24.5%, and the content of Vin in the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is 53.5-57.5%. The tire tread has relatively high spontaneous heating performance through the highly-filled thermoplastic resin, the temperature rise speed of the tire surface is higher when a racing car runs, the thermoplastic resin rapidly reaching the melting point enables the part, making contact with the ground, of the tire crown to be in a semi-molten state, the overall rigidity of the tire crown is kept, and the gripping performance of the tire is improved.

    本发明提供了一种半热熔胎面橡胶组合物及柏油拉力赛轮胎,该组合物包括:100~137.5PHR溶聚丁苯橡胶;10~20PHR热塑性树脂,软化点为84~95℃;30~80PHR沉淀二氧化硅;60~90PHR炭黑;10~30PHR环保芳烃油;0.5~5PHR脂肪酸锌皂加工助剂;还包括老防组分、活性剂、硫磺和促进剂;所述溶聚丁苯橡胶中St%含量22.5~24.5%,Vinl%含量53.5~57.5%。本发明通过高填充的热塑性树脂,使轮胎胎面具有相对高的自发热性能,赛车在行驶中轮胎表面升温速度更快,快速达到熔点的热塑性树脂使得胎冠接触地面部分呈半熔态,保持胎冠整体刚性,提升轮胎的抓地性能等。
