The invention discloses a rail vehicle and train control management system and a control method for collision avoidance. A vehicle head and a vehicle tail of a rail vehicle are respectively provided with secondary radars to measure the distance between the rail vehicle and a target vehicle; the method for anti-collision auxiliary protection comprises the following steps of outputting a control instruction for adjusting the normal direction of an antenna of a secondary radar by taking the judgment condition that the secondary radar at the head of the vehicle does not receive a response signal after sending an inquiry signal, so antennas of the vehicle head secondary radar of the vehicle and the vehicle tail secondary radar of the target vehicle are in a signal transceiving interaction state; measuring the distance between the vehicle and the target vehicle; and outputting an alarm signal under the condition that the current vehicle distance reaches a preset vehicle distance threshold value. The method is advantaged in that potential safety hazards of train operation can be effectively avoided, and safe and reliable operation of the train is ensured.

    本发明公开一种轨道车辆及列车控制管理系统、用于防撞的控制方法,该轨道车辆的车头车尾分别设置有二次雷达,以测量与目标车辆之间的车距;用于防撞辅助防护的方法包括以下步骤:以本车的车头二次雷达发送询问信号后未收到应答信号为判断条件,输出调节所述二次雷达的天线法向的控制指令,以便所述本车的车头二次雷达与所述目标车辆的车尾二次雷达的天线处于信号收发交互状态;测量与目标车辆之间的车距;以当前车距达到预设车距阈值为判断条件,输出报警信号。应用本方案,能够有效规避列车运行安全隐患,确保车辆安全可靠地运行。
