The invention discloses a distributed brake system with pedal travel simulation and failure manual backup brake functions. The distributed brake system mainly comprises a brake pedal, a pedal travel sensor, a main cylinder, a normally-closed valve, a normally-open valve, a hydraulic cylinder, a liquid storage tank, a main cylinder pressure sensor, a power source, a brake controller, a shuttle valve, a wheel cylinder and a servo electric cylinder. The on/off of an oil way between the hydraulic cylinder and the main cylinder is achieved through the normally-closed valve and the normally-open valve, so that pedal stroke simulation is achieved, and good pedal feeling is obtained by means of the characteristics that the hydraulic cylinder is large in damping and has hysteresis. By means of the shuttle valve structure, it is ensured that if the power-assisted braking function of the braking system is completely lost due to any fault, manual backup braking can be carried out, and therefore the three working modes of power-assisted braking, active braking and failure manual backup braking are achieved. The distributed brake system has the advantages of compact structure, flexible control, fast brake response, high brake pressure control precision, reliable failure protection capability, low manufacturing cost and the like.

    本发明公开了一种具有踏板行程模拟和失效人力备份制动功能的分布式制动系统,主要包括制动踏板、踏板行程传感器、主缸、常闭阀、常开阀、液压缸、储液罐、主缸压力传感器、电源、制动控制器、梭阀、轮缸及伺服电动缸;本发明通过常闭阀与常开阀实现液压缸与主缸的油路通断,从而实现踏板行程模拟,利用液压缸自身的阻尼大且具有迟滞性的特点,获得较好的踏板感;通过梭阀结构,确保若制动系统因任何故障导致其助力制动功能完全丧失,也可以实施人力备份制动,从而实现助力制动、主动制动及失效人力备份制动模式三种工作模式。本发明具有结构紧凑、控制灵活、制动响应快、制动压力控制精度高、失效防护能力可靠、制造成本低等优点。
