The invention relates to a sliding energy recovery control system comprising: a sliding energy recovery execution module (1), a road surface disturbance detection module (2) and a decision-making module (3); the sliding energy recovery execution module (1) is configured to execute a sliding energy recovery function after receiving an input sliding energy recovery request; the road surface disturbance detection module (2) is constructed to judge whether corresponding wheels are subjected to road surface disturbance or not based on the change trend of the wheel speed or the wheel acceleration of a host vehicle during the period that the host vehicle is decelerated during sliding energy recovery; the decision-making module (3) is constructed to output a decision-making signal to control the sliding energy recovery execution module (1) under the condition that the road surface disturbance detection module (2) judges that the corresponding wheels are subjected to road surface disturbance, wherein the decision-making signal controls the sliding energy recovery execution module (1), so the sliding energy recovery execution module (1) executes a sliding energy recovery function aiming at the corresponding wheels.
