The invention provides a manual control mechanism and a vehicle speed linkage control system and method. The vehicle speed linkage control system comprises the manual control mechanism, an electronic pedal mechanism and a rigid rope. The manual control mechanism comprises a mounting seat and a control rod unit; the control rod unit comprises a control rod, a connecting rod and a connecting plate which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the connecting plate is rotatably mounted on the mounting seat through a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is fixed on the mounting seat, and the other end penetrates through the connecting plate and is fixed on the connecting plate through a nut; a first damping piece is arranged between the nut and the connecting plate; a pressure spring is arranged between the mounting seat and the connecting plate and sleeves the rotating shaft; a second damping piece is arranged between the pressure spring and the connecting plate; the electronic pedal mechanism comprises an electronic pedal, a rotary bracket and a connecting rod; and the rigid rope is hinged to the rotary bracket and the connecting rod at one point. The operation difficulty can be reduced, constant-speed cruise operation can be achieved, and meanwhile an operator can select pedal control or manual control according to needs.
本发明提出了一种手动操纵机构、车速联动控制系统及方法,该车速联动控制系统包括手动操纵机构、电子踏板机构和刚性绳;手动操纵机构包括安装座和操纵杆单元;操纵杆单元包括由上而下依次连接的操纵杆、连接杆和连接板;连接板通过一转轴转动安装于安装座,转轴的一端固定于安装座,另一端贯穿连接板并通过螺母固定于所述连接板;螺母和连接板之间设置第一阻尼件;安装座与连接板之间设置压簧,压簧套设于转轴;压簧和连接板之间设置第二阻尼件;电子踏板机构包括电子踏板、回转支架和连杆;刚性绳与回转支架、连杆铰接于一点。本发明可低操作难度并实现定速巡航作业,同时操作人员可根据需要选择脚踏控制或手动控制。
