The invention provides a fixed satellite cabin signal transmission device and a connection method. The fixed satellite cabin signal transmission device comprises a main satellite cabin plate and a propulsion cabin plate, the main satellite cabin plate is fixedly provided with a separation socket, and the propulsion cabin plate is fixedly provided with a plug assembly; the plug assembly comprises a plug fixing plate, a separating plug, a spring and a clamping spring, a limiting hole is formed in the plug fixing plate, the separating plug is embedded in the limiting hole and is in sliding fit with the limiting hole, the separating plug comprises a plugging part and a limiting part, the plugging part and the limiting part are located on the two sides of the plug fixing plate respectively, and the plugging part is in plugging fit with the separating socket; a clamping groove is formed in the side, close to the plugging part, of the separating plug, the clamping spring is embedded in the clamping groove, the separating plug is sleeved with the spring, and the two ends of the spring abut against the oppositely-arranged side walls of the clamping spring and the plug fixing plate respectively. The springback of the signal transmission device is reduced, so that the damage of the signal transmission device to a main satellite or a propulsion module is reduced, and the signal transmission device is simple in structure, high in working reliability and high in applicability.

    本发明提供了一种固定式星舱信号传递装置及连接方法,包括主星舱板和推进舱舱板,主星舱板上固定安装有分离插座,推进舱舱板上固定安装有插头组件;插头组件包括插头固定板、分离插头、弹簧以及卡簧,插头固定板上开设有限位孔,分离插头嵌设在限位孔内并与其滑移配合,分离插头包括插接部和限位部,插接部和限位部二者分别位于插头固定板的两侧,插接部与分离插座插接配合;分离插头靠近插接部的一侧开设有卡槽,卡簧嵌设在卡槽内,弹簧套设在分离插头上,且弹簧的两端分别抵紧在卡簧和插头固定板呈相对设置的侧壁上。减少了信号传递装置的回弹,从而有助于减少信号传递装置对主星或推进舱的损伤,且结构简单、工作可靠性高,适用性强。
