The invention discloses a vehicle collision prevention control method for a vibroseis vehicle based on inter-vehicle communication, and belongs to the technical field of geophysical exploration. The method comprises the steps: employing an MESH ad-hoc network radio station of a vibroseis vehicle to carry out networking on an operation formation; sharing the position and hinge angle information of each vehicle through an ad hoc network, and establishing a 'rear vehicle body coordinate-geodetic coordinate' conversion relation model and a 'front vehicle body coordinate-geodetic coordinate' conversion relation model according to the obtained information; finally, calculating the shortest distance between the vehicles by using a rotating jamming algorithm under a unified geodetic coordinate system, and taking the shortest distance as a judgment basis for anti-collision control. According to the method, the equipment of the vibroseis vehicle is fully utilized, the economical efficiency is considered, all-weather, all-day and non-blind-area vehicle distance detection of the vibroseis vehicle can be realized under the condition that no additional sensor is added, and a new technical solution is provided for safe driving and operation of the vibroseis vehicle.
