The invention discloses a vibration avoiding system for a high-speed quay crane trolley. The vibration avoiding system comprises a quay crane trolley vehicle frame, a wheel vibration avoiding system, a deflection-preventive wheel vibration avoiding system and a traction wheel vibration avoiding system, wherein the wheel vibration avoiding system comprises trolley wheels and a wheel vibration avoiding device; the deflection-preventive wheel vibration avoiding system comprises deflection-preventive wheels, a deflection-preventive wheel support and a deflection-preventive wheel vibration avoiding device; and the traction wheel vibration avoiding system comprises traction wheels, traction wheel supports and a traction wheel vibration avoiding device. According to the vibration avoiding system disclosed by the invention, the vibration amplitudes of the quay crane moving at high speed in the extending direction of a quay crane large beam, the direction being perpendicular to the extending direction of the quay crane large beam in the horizontal plane and in the vertical direction of the quay crane large beam are weakened, the quay crane trolley can stably run, extrusion and collision between the quay crane trolley and the quay crane large beam can be weakened, and the service life of the quay crane trolley and the quay crane structure is prolonged, so that conditions are created for further increasing the speed of the quay crane trolley, and the loading and unloading efficiency of containers on the quay crane can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于高速岸桥小车的避振系统,包括岸桥小车车架、车轮避振系统、防偏轮避振系统和牵引轮避振系统,车轮避振系统包括小车车轮和车轮避振装置,防偏轮避振系统包括防偏轮、防偏轮支架和防偏轮避振装置,牵引轮避振系统包括牵引轮、牵引轮支座和牵引轮避振装置。本发明减弱了高速运动的岸桥小车在岸桥大梁延伸的方向、水平面内垂直于岸桥大梁延伸的方向和竖直方向这三个方向的振动幅度,使岸桥小车平稳运行,减弱岸桥小车与岸桥大梁的挤压碰撞,延长了岸桥小车和岸桥结构的使用寿命,为岸桥小车进一步提速创造了条件,提高了岸桥装卸集装箱的效率。
