The invention discloses a wheel vibration avoiding system for a high-speed quay crane trolley. The wheel vibration avoiding system comprises a plurality of vibration avoiding devices, wherein the each wheel vibration avoiding system comprises a connecting base, a connecting rod and a damping spring; each connecting base is fixedly connected with a framework of the quay crane trolley; the damping springs are vertically arranged between the framework of the quay crane trolley and wheels; the connecting bases are hinged to the top ends of the damping springs; and each damping spring is also connected with a corresponding wheel shaft through the corresponding connecting rod. According to the wheel vibration avoiding system disclosed by the invention, up-down vibration of the quay crane trolley during operation is reduced, collision between the wheels and a quay crane large beam is weakened, and the service lives of the quay crane trolley and the quay crane structure are prolonged. Meanwhile, the speed of the quay crane trolley can be further increased, and the operation speed can be up to 380m/min, the lifting speed can be up to 130m/min, and the loading and unloading efficiency of the quay crane is improved. In addition, through a combined damping way of an oil-gas damper and a rubber damper, the heating problem caused by large transient damping by using the oil-gas damper alone can be solved, and the problems of less rigidity and large deformation caused by using the rubber spring alone also can be solved.
本发明公开了一种高速岸桥小车车轮避振系统,包括若干避振装置,避振装置包括连接座、连接杆和减振弹簧,连接座与岸桥小车的框架固定连接,减振弹簧竖直布置于岸桥小车框体和车轮之间,减振弹簧的顶端与连接座铰接,减振弹簧还经连接杆与车轮轴连接。本发明降低了岸桥小车运行时的上下振动,减弱了车轮与岸桥大梁的碰撞,延长了岸桥小车和岸桥结构的寿命。同时,岸桥小车的速度可以进一步提高,运行速度可以提高到380m/min,起升速度可以提高到130m/min,提高了岸桥的装卸效率。另外,油气阻尼和橡胶减振器的组合减振方式即可解决单独用油气阻尼瞬时振动大导致的发热问题,也可解决单独使用橡胶弹簧刚度小、变形大的问题。
