According to the invention, people in the vehicle can be reminded of the risk of heat diffusion in advance, and graded alarms of different degrees can be given out according to the detected state of the power battery, so that the people in the vehicle can take corresponding measures, on one hand, the escape time of the people in the vehicle is prolonged, and on the other hand, the panic caused by sudden receiving of the emergency escape alarm is avoided to a certain extent. Therefore, the safety can be improved. In addition, the risk and the development degree of thermal diffusion are comprehensively judged through a plurality of operation parameters of the power battery, and the false alarm rate can be reduced.
