The invention discloses a rear suspension assembly with a vibration absorption block structure. The rear suspension assembly comprises a rear suspension framework, and a mounting hole is further formed in the rear suspension framework; a bushing structure is embedded in the mounting hole; a cylindrical fixing block is further arranged on the front face of the rear suspension framework; and a vibration absorption block is arranged on the fixing block. According to the rear suspension assembly with the vibration absorption block structure, the structure is simple, the mode frequency deviation effect is achieved on the rear suspension framework through the vibration absorption block, the intrinsic mode frequency value of the vibration absorption block is made to be the same as the problem frequency corresponding to the rear suspension assembly, the mode frequency of the overall composite structure is changed, the problem frequency is avoided, the vibration peak value is reduced, and the NVH level in the vehicle reaches an acceptable level; the vibration absorption block does not directly change the structure of the rear suspension assembly, the mass is small, the function of an original system is not greatly influenced, and the vibration response of a narrow frequency band of the original system can be adjusted.

    本发明公开了一种具有吸振块结构的后悬置总成,包括后悬置骨架,所述后悬置骨架上还设有安装孔;所述安装孔内嵌设有衬套结构;所述后悬置骨架的正面还设有圆柱状的固定块;所述固定块上设有吸振块;本发明的具有吸振块结构的后悬置总成,结构简单,通过吸振块,对后悬置骨架起到模态频率偏移作用,使吸振块固有模态频率值与后悬置总成对应的问题频率相同,使得整体复合结构的模态频率改变,避开问题频率,且降低了振动峰值大小,使得车内的NVH水平达到可接受水平;吸振块并不直接改变后悬置总成的结构,而且质量较小,对原系统的功能也没有太大影响,可调整原系统的窄频率带振动响应大小。
