The cab rear suspension cushion assembly comprises an upper guide block, an inner cylinder, a rubber block and a mounting plate, the rubber block is fixedly arranged outside the inner cylinder, the upper end of the outer wall of the inner cylinder is sleeved with the upper guide block, and the upper guide block is matched with a guide groove in the upper end of the rubber block; mounting plates are arranged on the two sides of the rubber block, and one ends of the mounting plates are embedded into the rubber block and vulcanized with the rubber block into a whole; and the other end of the mounting plate extends out of the rubber block and is fixedly connected with the rear suspension bracket. The reinforcing plate and the mounting plate are of a welded integral structure, so that the weight can be well reduced, and meanwhile, the press-fitting process is reduced; the rubber body and the whole structure are vulcanized in an embedded mode, meanwhile, the reinforcing plate is provided with a flanging, the separation failure rate of the rubber body and the reinforcing plate is reduced, and the problem of the first structure in the prior art is effectively solved. And meanwhile, the weight is reduced by 50% compared with that of a second structure, the lightweight effect is good, and cost is low.

    本发明涉及一种驾驶室后悬软垫总成及驾驶室后悬总成,该后悬软垫总成,包括上导向块、内筒、橡胶块和安装板,橡胶块固定设置在内筒外,内筒外壁上端套设有上导向块,上导向块与橡胶块上端的导向槽配合;橡胶块两侧均设有安装板,安装板一端嵌入到橡胶块内,与橡胶块硫化成一个整体;安装板另一端伸出橡胶块外,与后悬支架固定连接。加强板和安装板为焊接整体结构,可以较好的轻量化,同时减少压装工序;橡胶体和整体结构采用嵌入式硫化,同时加强板带翻边,降低橡胶体和加强板分离故障率,有效改善现有技术中第一种结构的问题。同时重量比第二种结构降低50%重量,轻量化效果好,成本低。
