The invention provides a novel torsion beam suspension structure which comprises a torsion beam welding assembly, a dragging arm front end lining arranged at the front end of the torsion beam welding assembly and a hub assembly connected with the torsion beam welding assembly, and the torsion beam welding assembly and the hub assembly are connected through a first lining, a second lining and a third lining. And the connecting lines of the arrangement positions of the first lining, the second lining and the third lining form a triangle. Through reasonable arrangement of the three added linings and reasonable setting of rigidity characteristics of the linings, the characteristic C of the torsion beam suspension can be adjusted as required, the operation stability performance of the whole vehicle is improved, meanwhile, decoupling of the linings at the front end of the dragging arm can be achieved, and the smoothness performance of the torsion beam suspension is improved.
本发明提供了一种新型的扭转梁悬架结构,包括扭转梁焊接总成,设置在扭转梁焊接总成前端的拖拽臂前端衬套,和扭转梁焊接总成连接的轮毂组件,扭转梁焊接总成和轮毂组件之间通过第一衬套、第二衬套和第三衬套连接,第一衬套、第二衬套和第三衬套的设置位置的连线形成三角形。本发明增加的三个衬套的合理布置及其刚度特性合理设置就可以实现扭转梁悬架C特性的按需调整,提高整车操纵稳定性能,同时可以实现拖拽臂前端衬套的解耦,提高扭转梁悬架的平顺性能。
