PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize lighter weight by efficiently improving endurance strength, static strength and rigidity performance, with no significant increase in weight of a torsion beam.SOLUTION: Relating to a structure of a torsion beam 3 which is arranged along a vehicle width direction and has an U-like cross section, with a lower side of the vehicle being opened, lower end parts 31a,32a of wall parts 31,32 on an open side of the torsion beam 3 are bent toward the outside of the beam along a back and forth direction of the vehicle, and the lower end part 32a of the wall part 32 positioned on a rear side of the vehicle, in the torsion beam 3, has a highest rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
