The invention discloses a rail hoisting mechanism which comprises a supporting plate. The left end and the right end of the supporting plate are each fixedly provided with a fixing support, and the front sides and the rear sides of the left portions of the lower ends of the two fixing supports and the front sides and the rear sides of the right portions of the lower ends of the two fixing supports are each connected with an expansion screw in an inserted manner. A supporting column is fixedly installed in the middle of the lower end of each of the two fixing supports, a short aluminum pipe device is arranged on the outer surface of each of the two supporting columns, a telescopic adjusting device is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the supporting plate, a sliding groove is formed in the front end of the supporting plate, and a sliding adjusting device is arranged on the groove wall of the sliding groove. A long aluminum pipe device is arranged at the lower end of the sliding adjusting device, a rail is fixedly installed at the lower end of the long aluminum pipe device, and a buffer limiting device is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the supporting plate. According to the rail hoisting mechanism, the installation datum plane of the rail can be adjusted by adjusting the fixing direction of a pipe clamp, and the overall installation effect can be adjusted conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种轨道吊装机构,包括支撑板,所述支撑板的左端和右端均固定安装有一个固定支架,两个所述固定支架的下端左部前后两侧和下端右部前后两侧均穿插连接有一个膨胀螺丝,两个所述固定支架的下端中部均固定安装有一个支撑柱,两个所述支撑柱的外表面均设置有一个短铝管装置,所述支撑板的下端中部设置有伸缩调节装置,所述支撑板的前端开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的槽壁设置有滑动调节装置,所述滑动调节装置的下端设置有长铝管装置,所述长铝管装置的下端固定安装有轨道,所述支撑板的下端中部设置有缓冲限位装置。本发明所述的一种轨道吊装机构,通过调节管夹的固定方向可以调整轨道的安装基准面,便于调节整体安装效果。
