The invention discloses an operation mechanism of single-rail hoisting and transporting equipment in the technical field of hoisting and transportation. The operation mechanism comprises two groups ofsymmetric hydraulic telescopic columns, the upper ends of the two groups of symmetric hydraulic telescopic columns are fixedly connected with the two sides of the lower end of a steel cross beam, a moving sleeve is connected to the steel cross beam in a sliding manner, the middle end of the moving sleeve is of a hollow structure, the cross section of the hollow structure is matched with that of the steel cross beam, a moving mechanism is arranged in the moving sleeve, and a hoisting mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the moving sleeve and can drive a lifting hook to horizontally operate on the steel cross beam under the drive of a driving motor to complete horizontal transportation of materials. As a winch is separately mounted on the ground, the load on the cross beam is reduced;a pulley block is also arranged and can reduce gravity of most hoisted objects, so that the workload of the winch is reduced; and the moving mechanism can reduce friction between the moving sleeve andthe steel cross beam on one hand and prevent derailment of the moving sleeve on the other hand to prevent deviation of the moving sleeve.

    本发明公开了起重运输技术领域的一种单轨起重运输设备的运行机构,包括两组对称的液压伸缩柱,两组液压伸缩柱上端固定连接于钢制横梁的下端两侧,钢制横梁上滑动连接有移动套,移动套中端为空心结构,空心结构横截面与钢制横梁横截面相匹配,移动套内设有移动机构,移动套下端设有起重机构,在驱动电机驱动下,能带动吊钩在钢制横梁上作水平运行,完成物料的水平运输,又因卷扬机是单独安装在地面上,减轻了对横梁的负荷,还设置有滑轮组,可以减少大部分起重物带来的重力,从而减少卷扬机的工作量,采用移动机构一方面减小移动套与钢制横梁之间的摩擦,另一方面可防止移动套的脱轨,防止其发生偏离。
