The invention discloses a lightweight noise reduction wheel with an embedded acoustic structure. The lightweight noise reduction wheel comprises a rim, spokes and a quarter-wavelength tube sound absorption assembly; the rim is an aluminum alloy plastic forming part and comprises a groove bottom wall, an inclined wall and a rim platform, one end of the groove bottom wall is connected with one end of the inclined wall, and the other end of the groove bottom wall is connected with one end of the rim platform; the spokes are aluminum alloy casting parts, and a first platform and a second platform spaced from the first platform in the radial direction are arranged on one sides of the spokes; one end of the first platform is fixed to the groove bottom wall, one end of the second platform is fixed to the other end of the rim platform, and the inclined wall, the rim platform, the second platform, the portion, between the second platform and the first platform, of the rim and the first platform jointly define an annular cavity; the quarter-wavelength tube sound absorption assembly is arranged in the annular cavity and used for restraining tire cavity resonance noise. The wheel weight can be effectively reduced, the noise reduction effect is good, the cost is low, the structure is simple, installation is convenient, and universality is good.

    本发明公开了一种内嵌声学结构的轻量化降噪车轮,包括轮辋、轮辐和四分之一波长管吸声总成;轮辋为铝合金塑性成形件,包括槽底壁、斜壁和轮辋平台,槽底壁的一端与斜壁的一端相连且另一端与轮辋平台的一端相连;轮辐为铝合金铸造件,轮辐的一侧设有第一平台和与第一平台在径向方向上具有间距的第二平台;第一平台的一端与槽底壁固定,第二平台的一端与轮辋平台的另一端固定,斜壁、轮辋平台、第二平台、轮辋在第二平台与第一平台之间的部位以及第一平台共同限定出环形空腔;四分之一波长管吸声总成设置在环形空腔中,用于抑制胎腔共振噪声。本发明能够有效地降低车轮重量,降噪效果好、成本低、结构简单、安装方便且普适性好。
