The invention discloses a frame type hoisting balance beam. The frame type hoisting balance beam comprises a closed frame (1) and a first installation lock catch (2) fixed to the lower end face of the frame (1), a plurality of first hoisting holes used for being connected with lower hoisting ropes are formed in the side face of the first installation lock catch (2), and the first installation lock catch (2) is detachably connected with the lower hoisting ropes. According to the frame type hoisting balance beam, for equipment of which the gravity center and the geometric dimension are basically in the same vertical direction, four hoisting ropes with the same length are directly used for hoisting the symmetrical hoisting holes in the balance beam; and for equipment with the gravity center greatly deviating from the geometric dimension, the gravity center point of the equipment can be estimated firstly, different hoisting holes of the balance beam are selected according to the gravity center position of the equipment, the hoisting ropes penetrate through the hoisting holes for trial hoisting, the horizontal condition of the hoisted equipment is observed before the hoisted equipment leaves the ground, and if the equipment is not in the horizontal state, the equipment falls down; and the hoisting holes of the balance beam are selected again, the hoisting ropes penetrate through the hoisting holes of the balance beam, and trial hoisting is carried out again till the equipment can be horizontally hoisted.

    本发明公开了一种框架式吊装平衡梁,包括封闭的框架(1)、固定于所述框架(1)下端面的第一安装锁扣(2),所述第一安装锁扣(2)的侧面具有多个用于连接下吊绳的第一吊孔,所述第一安装锁扣(2)和下吊绳为可拆卸连接。该框架式吊装平衡梁对重心与几何尺寸基本处于同一垂直方向的设备,直接用四根长度相同的吊绳在平衡梁上选择对称的吊孔吊装即可;对于重心与几何尺寸偏移较大的设备,可先估算设备重心点,根据设备重心位置选择平衡梁的不同吊孔穿吊绳进行试吊装,待被吊设备离地前观察其水平情况,若设备不处于水平状态则将其落下,重新选择平衡梁吊孔穿吊绳再次进行试吊装,直至设备能够被水平吊起为止。
