The invention discloses an elevator traction robot with a two-way braking type brake system. The elevator traction robot comprises an elevator car, a steel wire rope, a balancing weight, a power roller, a connecting flange and a two-way braking device, wherein the two-way braking device comprises a braking disc and two-way braking calipers; brake circular bosses are arranged on the two sides of a brake disc body; the two-way braking calipers comprise a caliper body and two two-way braking assemblies; each two-way braking assembly comprises an axial brake pad, a radial brake pad, sequential braking oil cylinders, a heat insulation plate and a radial braking support; the sequential braking oil cylinders are provided with first output ends and second output ends which act in sequence; the first output ends are connected with the axial brake pads; the heat insulation plates are arranged at the second output ends; and the radial braking supports are in wedge-shaped fit with the heat insulation plates. According to the elevator traction robot with the two-way braking type brake system, enough braking force is provided, the light-load braking working condition and the heavy-load braking working condition are met, abrasion of the brake pads are favorably relieved, and the service life is long; and an elevator is safer and more reliable to use and more flexible in braking.

    本发明公开了一种具有双向制动式刹车系统的电梯牵引机器人,包括轿厢、钢丝绳、配重块、动力滚筒、连接法兰和双向制动刹车装置;双向制动刹车装置包括制动盘和双向制动卡钳;刹车盘体的两侧设有刹车圆凸台;双向制动卡钳包括卡钳本体及两个双向制动组件;双向制动组件包括轴向刹车片、径向刹车片、顺序制动油缸、隔热板和径向制动支架;顺序制动油缸具有先后动作的第一输出端和第二输出端;第一输出端与轴向刹车片连接;隔热板设于第二输出端;径向制动支架与隔热板楔形配合;本发明以提供足够大的制动力,满足轻负荷制动工况和重负荷制动的工况,利于减缓刹车片的磨损,使用寿命长;使得电梯的使用更安全、可靠,制动更灵活。
