The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle tail rotor gearbox mechanism. The unmanned aerial vehicle tail rotor gearbox mechanism is composed of a T-shaped shell, a short shaft assembly, a tail rotor main shaft assembly, a lengthened breathing bolt and the like. The lengthened breathing bolt is connected to the center of the interior of the T-shaped shell in a penetrating mode, cooling fins are arranged at the lower end of the T-shaped shell, and an oil discharging opening is formed in the bottom end of the T-shaped shell. The short shaft assembly is composed of a short shaft, a short shaft bearing and a first bevel gear, and the tail rotor main shaft assembly is composed of a tail rotor main shaft, a first bearing, a second bevel gear and a second bearing. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle tail rotor gearbox mechanism, the self-lubricating bearing is selected, the cooling fins are added to the shell, and temperature drop is accelerated. A heat insulation gasket is added between a steering engine and the shell, temperature transfer is prevented, the lengthened breathing bolt on the upper portion of the shell prevents lubricating oil from being sprayed, and the tail gear box has the advantages of being high in transmission efficiency, good in cooling effect, good in stability and the like.

    本发明公开了一种无人机尾桨齿轮箱机构,该齿轮箱机构由T型壳体、短轴组件、尾桨主轴组件、加长呼吸螺栓等组成,所述加长呼吸螺栓贯穿连接至所述T型壳体的内部中心位置,该T型壳体的下端设置有散热片,并且T型壳体的底端开设有放油口,所述短轴组件由短轴、短轴轴承与第一伞齿构成,所述尾桨主轴组件由尾浆主轴、第一轴承、第二伞齿与第二轴承组成。该一种无人机尾桨齿轮箱机构,选用自润滑轴承,壳体增加散热片,加速其温度的下降,舵机与壳体之间增加隔热垫片,阻止温度传递,壳体上方加长呼气螺栓,防止润滑油喷射,该尾齿轮箱具有较好传动效率高,散热效果、稳定性好等特点。
